Senior Adviser
You will have an existing portfolio career following tenure as a senior leader within a financial institution, a top tier advisory or consulting brand, or, a financial sponsor.
You are now looking to leverage your network and subject matter expertise working alongside a tight-knit group of highly motivated and like-minded individuals to work with a carefully curated portfolio of clients on high visibility and high stakes organic and inorganic strategic engagements.
Director/Senior Director
You will have at least 15-20 years experience as a seasoned strategy consultant or M&A adviser with deep expertise in either banking, asset management or fintech.
You will have a fee following based on you as an individual not your employer. You will have a degree of ‘brand visibility’ and be a well known and trusted name in your domain. You will possess demonstrable mastery of a specific skill or capability and have the commercial savvy and confidence to build that into an enduring commercial proposition with us that is complementary to our existing client portfolio and capabilities.
Associate/Associate Director
You will have around 3-10 years of experience as a high-flying strategy consultant or corporate financier with a leading brand and/or with in-house experience.
With a demonstrable interest in financial services and a desire to want to shape the direction of a fast-growth new business with a clear and compelling business case, you will be hungry to learn and to build something you can own part of.
Intern Analyst/Analyst
You will currently be in the final stages of an undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD qualification or you will have recently graduated.
Ideally with prior consulting and/or corporate finance internship experience, you will be looking to complement your blue-chip experience with hands-on boutique experience where you will work hand in hand with the Founder and be expected to play an instrumental role in delivery & execution, new business origination, recruitment and thought leadership. You will be keen to learn and to work at an frenetic pace with multiple demands on your time with little support.
