Situation: The Global Head of Distribution sought to re-explore the viability of a potential acquisition. As some time had passed since the opportunity was first considered, there were questions concerning the developing regulatory landscape which needed to be answered in order to fully assess viability.


Impact: Laeceum undertook thematic desk based research in addition to a review of already completed analysis. A report provided a high level critique of upcoming changes in the regulatory and potential impacts on the gradual adoption of vertically integrated business models.

Ellie has prior experience as a Consultant at DeHavilland and attended Harvard’s Model United Nations programme.
